In the event you wish to stop online sales before your event starts, we have a fully customizable setting that will apply to all events within your event bucket!

1. Go to your event bucket settings page, then click "Open Additional Settings"

2. Scroll down to the "Advanced ticketing settings" section and select "Close online ticket sales prior to event start time"

Once selected, you can customize the Ticket Sales Cutoff duration to any length of time you'd like.

3. Click Save Changes

Customize the message shown to your audience if they attempt to buy tickets after the Ticket Sales Cutoff time has begun by opening the Configurator and navigating to the Misc tab.

Scroll down to the "Box office only message" field to add to or edit the message that will display once the Ticket Sales Cutoff time has begun for a given screening or event.

Don't forget to click Save!

NOTE: Closing your ticket sales prior to your event is not recommended unless absolutely necessary. To maximize your revenue and make best use of your event capacity, it is best to be set up for on site sales using eventive box office and / or eventive scanner.
