Track Membership pick ups, print labels, generate new memberships, and more with ‘Pick up memberships’, which is available in the event bucket that you’ve designated for membership sales.

Launch Pick up memberships

  1. Navigate to your event bucket

  2. Click ‘Memberships’, and then select ‘Pick up memberships’

Process a Membership pick up

Start typing a member's name, select their membership, then click the blue Pick up button to mark the membership as picked up!

You can also edit membership details by clicking Edit Details - perfect for resolving a misspelling or adding supplementary data - and print the membership by clicking the Print button.

Create a New membership

Use Eventive Check-in to quickly create a new membership on the spot. Use this feature when a sponsor or filmmaker walks up to your membership pickup desk and requests an extra membership!

Start typing the recipient's name in the "Start typing member name" field, then select "Create new free membership with name..."

Fill in the required fields in the pop-up window, making sure to specify which membership Bucket this new membership order will come from.

Click Create membership, and the new membership will automatically be marked as checked in! Click Print to print the membership and give it to your recipient!

Require Certain Membership Types to Be Checked In

If you wish to require that certain Membership Buckets are picked up in before they can be scanned at the door, open the specific Membership Bucket's settings page, then scroll down and click "Show Advanced Settings." Then select Require memberships to be picked up using Pick up Memberships before they can be scanned at physical events and click Save Changes! Please note, this setting only applies to memberships being used for physical events.
