An audience account is created for you when you place your first order for tickets, passes or items on Eventive. Audience accounts can also be created if passes or tickets were issued to you by an event or screening organizer.
Once you have and Eventive account, you can use those login credentials to buy tickets, passes, and more to any event hosted by any organization on Eventive in the future!
To login to your Eventive account, you can use your email address or you can login via Facebook. To use the Facebook login, your account must be connected to the same email address that you use to login to Facebook.
Your payment information is automatically securely saved, making it easy to buy tickets, passes, and donate to any organization within the ever-growing network of festivals and events powered by Eventive.
None of your account details are shared with an organization until you place an order, so explore film screenings and more via our Channel Discovery Portal to your heart's content!

All credit card information is transmitted securely from your computer to the credit card processor. Our payments infrastructure, provided by Stripe, is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Attending a virtual film festival or event? To access a list of all your currently and previously unlocked virtual content, as well as all virtual content that you've pre-ordered, go to your Content Library, which you can access by going to watch.eventive.org/me.
On this page, you can view all the available virtual content you've bought tickets to, whether those tickets come from the same organization or 20 different organizations.
