The Premium Support tier for organizer support includes a 1- hour service guarantee, weekly 1-hour expert consultation on a live call with our team, plus on-call phone/screen organizer support during your actual festival dates. You can enroll for the month of your festival only, or for longer time periods. We can also offer additional "concierge" support beyond that level if desired (design/operations, box office management, etc.). This service is billed month-to-month, and can straddle months to provide support when the organization needs it most (i.e. October 10th-November 9th).

Every film uploaded and streamed via Eventive is secured with a Nagra NexGuard invisible forensic watermark at no additional cost. This forensic watermark identifies each individual user and session, meaning any unauthorized use can be traced right back to the source.

Visible Watermark

Eventive also allows you to add visible overlay watermarks to films at no additional cost. The watermark includes email/username, IP addresses, and custom text of your choice and appears in the corner of the screen. This watermark is a client-side watermark. Please send us a message if you wish to set up a visible watermark.

Burn-in session and/or user-specific watermark

For the highest security, studios may require a combination of visible and burned-in server-side watermarks. This is our most rigorous form of protection. A unique video file is generated live for each viewer along with a server-side burned-in, non-removable visible watermark. The watermark’s position and timing can be fully customized. Since this is extremely server intensive, we require an advance commitment to a certain number of views per screening.

Two Factor Authentication

For screenings that require a higher level of protection, you can require users to be authenticated via SMS or phone call in order to access their screening.
