Eventive has the equipment you need to run your event at the box office and at the door!

Eventive offers equipment from ticket scanners to credit card readers, all of which is available for rent or purchase!

We require 4 weeks in advance of your event to prepare and ship your equipment. Rentals are subject to availability. If a request is less than 4 weeks in advance, there may be an additional surcharge.

Rented and purchased equipment charges will be included on your organization's monthly invoices, accessible via the Billing Hub.

Eventive Scanner

Rental Cost: $100 (plus shipping) // Billing: Per Week

Purchase Cost: Not currently available for purchase

The Eventive Scanner is an iPod touch + laser barcode scanner + credit card reader combo that comes preloaded with the Eventive Scanner app configured for your event.

Also available: Free Eventive scanner app on iOS.

Eventive Terminal

Rental Cost: $50 (plus shipping) // Billing: Per Week

Purchase Cost: $300 // Billing: One Time

Eventive's most modern, secure, customer-friendly point of sale option allows contactless and chip payments along with card swipes, with a customer-facing screen for socially-distanced checkout.

Eventive Reader

Pair our encrypted Bluetooth credit card reader with your iOS device for use with Eventive Box Office and Eventive Scanner apps.

PLEASE NOTE: While all items were tested and provisioned for your festival (except if it comes directly from another festival), please test everything upon arrival and before your event, including all charging cables, wall blocks, and power stations, to ensure they’re in working order. If you encounter any issues, or notice damage from shipping, please reach out immediately for assistance. If you do not test your equipment before your event, you will not be eligible for replacement units nor any refunds.
