Premium Support

Cost: $1,800 // Billing: Monthly

Premium Support includes a 1-hour service guarantee and weekly 1-hour expert consultation on a live call with our team. You can enroll for just the month of your festival or event, or for longer time periods. Premium Support is billed month-to-month, and you can start on any date to enroll in support when your organization needs it most (i.e. October 10th-November 9th).

  • Dedicated account manager from our Organizer Success Team

  • Up to 4 hours of one-on-one video conference meetings

  • Exclusive access to Eventive’s Premium Support online chat, open 9am - 9pm EST, 7 days a week, with a guaranteed first response time from a chat support agent within 1 hour.

Custom Premium Support Packages

Need more support? We also offer additional concierge support beyond the Premium Support level if desired. Custom Premium Support can include but is not limited to site design, operations, box office management, and more!

Livestream Supervision

Cost: $250 // Billing: Per Livestream Event

Livestream Supervision ensures that an Eventive Team Member will connect your livestream and provide live event supervision and support. This service is provided only for Eventive Livestreams, and not livestreams to any external destinations.

Paid Extended Meetings

We are currently piloting a paid meetings program that is first come, first serve. Please note, these meetings are intended to provide extended guidance when standard 15 minute office hours are not enough. We kindly request you book no more than 2 of these paid meetings in quick succession.

Once booked, the charge will be added to your Billing Hub.

30 minute Extended Office Hours $75

60 minute Extended Office Hours $125

Your meeting may cover whatever you like, but we ask you let us know ahead of time so we can prepare. Once confirmed, someone from the Customer Success Team will be in touch to schedule your session. Send us a chat if you are interested.
