The first step before issuing complimentary tickets and/or passes is creating a Discount Code!

To track complimentary ("comp") orders accurately, we recommend naming your Discount Codes uniquely for each reason why the comp is issued. Descriptive titles such as "filmmakercomp" or "presscomp" or "volunteercomp" are a great way to do this.

There is no credit card transaction fee associated with $0 orders. However, if you're issuing free tickets to DRM-protected virtual content, your organization will be charged deferred DRM unlock fees for watched content at the end of the month.
