Instructions for Mac users for how to set up and use the Epson TM-T20II and TM-T20III ticket printers, available for rent from the Eventive Hardware Shop.

Download the drivers

Turn on the Printer

First, plug the printer’s power cable and USB cable into the back of the device, and then into your Mac computer. Locate the power switch on the front of the unit and turn the device on. A blue light will appear on the top of the printer to indicate that it is on.

Add the Printer to your Computer

Open System Preferences > Printers and Scanners, and click on the plus icon (+) to add a new printer.

Select the Epson TM-T20II or TM-T20III from the list of available printers.

Next, click Select Software and select EPSON TM Thermal 203 dpi. You may need to search for it using the "Filter" box. Then, click OK and Add.

You should now see the printer listed in your available printers!

Adjusting Settings

You may need to adjust some settings to have your Eventive tickets print exactly as you would like.

Edit the default settings on the printer by sending a ticket to the printer and clicking “Print Using System Dialogue."

Click “Show details” to expand the print settings dialogue box. You may select a custom paper size, enable the auto-cutting feature, and more.

Before printing, we suggest you open Additional Settings on your Event Bucket Settings page on the Eventive Dashboard, and select "Generate ticket-sized tickets for printing" under Box Office Settings:

Once you have connected the printer to your computer and applied any desired settings, you will be ready to print tickets!
