Enable pass transfers via the event bucket settings page to allow audience members to transfer their pass or extra passes to friends or family!

Enable Pass Transfers

Pass transfers are enabled by default in new event buckets.

  1. Navigate to your Event Bucket Settings page

  2. Click the Open Additional Settings button at the bottom of the page

  3. Select Allow pass transfers under Pass Settings

  4. Click Save Changes

Pass Transfer Instructions

Share these instructions with your audience!

  1. Log in to your Eventive account.

  2. Click on My Passes from the menu.

  3. Click the cog (⚙) next to the pass you'd like to transfer, then click Transfer pass.

  4. Enter the recipient's email address and click Submit.

  5. The recipient will receive an email containing a link allowing them to either add the pass to their existing Eventive account or to create a new account if they don't already have one.

  6. Once the recipient has accepted the pass via email, the pass will have transferred successfully!
