Customize the Schedule page on your Eventive native site using the Schedule tab in the Configurator.

The next tab to explore after clicking Launch Configurator from your event bucket settings page is the Schedule tab.

Use the Schedule tab to customize the Schedule page on your Eventive native site.

NOTE: Physical Events are automatically added to your Schedule page. To add Virtual Screenings to the Schedule, read this how-to guide.

Below you will find detailed descriptions of all the settings you can configure in the Schedule tab:

Default schedule view mode

Set the default; users can toggle between modes using the dropdown at the top of the page.

Unreleased schedule custom content

Custom content to display on the schedule page when the schedule has not yet been released.

Released schedule custom content

Custom content to display at the top of the schedule page when the schedule has already been released.

Schedule color priority

By default, the order of each event's tags in the schedule is all of the event tags followed by the venue. You can flip this to use the venue as the first tag instead. The first tag is also the dominant tag from which the bar's color is determined.

When "Tags First" is selected:

The bar is purple, matching the "Narrative Feature" tag color.

When "Venue First" is selected:

The bar is green, matching the "Regal Cinemas 1" venue tag color.

Invert tag/background colors

If enabled, invert the colors such that the background of each event in the compact list is darker than the tags.

Group schedule by

Whether to divide the schedule into sections by day or by month.

Default mobile schedule view mode

Set the default on mobile; users can toggle between modes using the dropdown at the top of the page. We recommend Compact View for optimal user experience.
