The next tab to explore after clicking Launch Configurator from your event bucket settings page is the Tickets tab.

The settings you customize here will only apply to physical event tickets.

Below you will find detailed descriptions of all the settings you can configure in the Tickets tab:

"Order tickets" button label: The label that appears on the "Order tickets" button in the schedule and on the event page.

NOTE: Changing the "Order tickets" button label will change the label across all film information pages, but can be customized on each individual screening's watch page in Virtual Screening --> Edit Film --> Miscellaneous --> Select "Use custom text for Unlock button."

"Sold out" button label: The label that appears on the button instead of "Order tickets" for an event that is sold out. This is a great place to change the language to "Rush Line Only" if your event will have a Rush Line for sold out screenings.

Use different label on RSVP-required events: If some of your events require passholder reservations in advance - which you set up by selecting "Require passholder ticket reservation in advance" under the "Passholder tickets" section on each screening/event's edit page - you can designate this by selecting "Use different label."

When "Yes, use different label" is selected:

RSVP-required button label: The label that appears on the "Order tickets" button if the event is RSVP-required for passholders. The default text is RSVP REQUIRED (see screenshot above), but you can customize it.

Sold out message: Message that appears in a modal dialog when a user attempts to purchase tickets to a sold out event. The default text is "Sorry, this event is sold out" but you can customize it. This is a great place to write your Rush Line policy, if applicable.

"My Tickets" description: The message to display at the beginning of the "My Tickets" page, if the user has 1 or more tickets.

NOTE: The default language refers to a barcode and printing a PDF, which only applies to tickets to physical events. Change this language to reflect how your audience can use their tickets to access a virtual screening if your festival is a virtual event.

Ticket sales - pass advert: When a non-passholder is buying tickets, an advertisement to display, presumably to suggest that they buy a pass. If empty, no advertisement will be displayed.

NOTE: This setting only applies to physical events. Any text added here for a virtual screening will not be reflected upon the purchase of a virtual ticket.

Standalone ticket sales disabled: Error message displayed when a non-passholder attempts to order tickets but standalone ticket sales are not enabled (toggle via Event Bucket Settings). Will automatically include a button to learn more about passes.

Show "Learn More About Passes" button when sales disabled: Beneath the standalone ticket sales disabled message (see screenshot above), show a button that links to the pass sales page.

When "Yes, show the button" is not selected:

Standalone ticket sales locked: Error message displayed when a user attempts to order tickets but standalone ticket sales are locked (toggle via Settings --> Open Additional Settings).

Standalone tickets checkout message: Optional additional message shown at checkout prior to purchase for single tickets (for example, information about refund policy).

Ticket order success message: Message shown to customers after purchasing one or more tickets.

NOTE: The default language refers to printing PDF tickets, which only applies to tickets to physical events. Change this language to reflect how your audience can use their tickets to access a virtual screening if your festival is a virtual event.

Physical ticket transfer dialog message: Message shown to customers in dialog box when transferring a ticket.

The default message is "Only some tickets can be transferred automatically. Passholder tickets are generally not transferable. If you do not see a ticket listed, contact the event organizer for more information." but you can customize it.

Physical ticket cancellation dialog message: Message shown to customers in dialog box when canceling a ticket.

The default message is "Only some free tickets ordered using some types of passes can be canceled automatically. To request a refund or to cancel any other tickets, you must contact the event organizer directly." but you can customize it.

Add padding between banner and cover image: By default, your event bucket banner and the event cover image have some space between them.

When "Yes, add padding" is selected:

When "Yes, add padding" is not selected:

Show event full page background: Show a full page blurred background made from the event cover image on event detail pages.

When "Yes, show the background" is selected:

When "Yes, show the background" is not selected:

Event footer: Content to include in the footer of each event listing. For example, a description of your organization.

NOTE: Click "Switch to raw editor" to upload and embed a footer graphic using HTML.

Hide "ticket" term next to order button: By default, when a user has purchased a ticket, the text "1 ticket ordered" appears next to the order button.

When "Yes, hide ticket" is selected:
