We use Stripe to safely and securely accept payments from around the globe.
Stripe is PCI-certified at the highest level available, and all payment details are encrypted with AES-256 encryption.
Connect Your Bank Account
Bank account information can only be managed by accounts with the Administrator role. Learn about roles.
Navigate to the Manage Organization page from your Eventive Dashboard
Under "Connections," click "Connect with Stripe"
You will be redirected to Stripe to securely enter your bank account details
After entering your details, click "Authorize access to this account"
That's it! You're ready to accept payments.
Note: Please be sure that your stripe account is connected to a single bank account and that the currency for that account matches the currency that you've set as your default currency in your Eventive dashboard. Multiple bank accounts (particularly if those accounts have different currencies) will create problems with the reporting functions in Eventive.
Updating the Bank Account Connected to Your Stripe Payouts
If you need to change the bank account used for receiving payouts:
Log in to your Stripe dashboard.
Add or connect your new bank account under the Bank Settings section.
Once updated in Stripe, Eventive will automatically use the new bank account details for any future payouts.
