The Memberships tab is not visible in the configurator by default. If you are planning on selling memberships, you will need to enable the memberships module.

The membership module is enabled, click Launch Configurator from your event bucket settings page to explore the Memberships tab.

You must first create Membership buckets before you can configure their display here.

Below you will find detailed descriptions of all the settings you can configure in the Memberships tab:

Membership sales page sections

Add sections to the Membership sales page -- [yourfestival].eventive.org/memberships/buy.

You can create multiple sections based on types of Memberships you're selling.

Each section will display on the Membership Sales page of your Eventive Native Site as a section title and a table that displays memberships of your choice. There are text fields above and below the table for a section introduction and section footer.

Section Title

Start by entering a section title. In Section #1, the default title is “Memberships”, but you can change this title to whatever you’d prefer.

Memberships to display

To add Memberships to be displayed in the table, click on the field beneath “Memberships to display” and select from any available memberships. There is no restriction to how many memberships you can add to this table.

Section Introduction & Footer

You can also add text and images to the section header and section footer.

The section introduction is a great place to inform your potential members of what memberships do for your organization, you can also include details that are common to all of the memberships that are listed in the table.

The section footer is a great place to include any fine print or membership policies that your customers need to be aware of.

On your Eventive Native site, the preceding settings will appear as follows:

Highlight section introduction & footer

You may also choose to highlight your section introduction and footer by selecting "Highlight with yellow background”.

When "Highlight with yellow background" is selected, our example section would appear as follows:

Section #1 is created by default, but you can add additional sections by scrolling down and clicking the "Add Another Section" button.

Membership details

These details will appear in each cell of the table(s) in your membership sales page sections.

Title + Description

The title in each cell will be the name of a membership that you have selected to be displayed. Though it is good practice to use a title that corresponds to the membership bucket being displayed, it is helpful to be able to edit this title when using quantity price breaks to promote dual memberships.

The description field is where you have the place to add any details specific to the membership offering. Let your customers know the benefits and perks of being a member. This is a rich text field that can support images and some limited formatting.

When listing multiple memberships in the table, keep the descriptions clean and concise. Organize the information similarly in each cell to make side by side comparisons of your membership offerings easy.

Buy button label

Label for the buy button. Leave this as Buy ({{price}}) to display the price you set on the Membership Bucket settings page.

The default label, Buy ({{price}}) will display as follows.

You can edit the label as you want. The placeholder variable {{price}} will insert the price that is specified for the membership. The price is set in the general settings tab of the corresponding membership bucket.

By default, Membership buckets have a single price assigned to them. You may wish to offer discounts for buying multiple Memberships at once, which you can do using quantity price breaks - learn more here.

Default quantity

Default order quantity upon clicking buy. The default is 1.

If you have enabled quantity price breaks for your membership and would like to present a default quantity more than one, adjust the quantity as desired.

For tips on how to promote memberships using quantity price breaks, please see our article Creating Dual Memberships using Quantity Price Breaks.

Align all Buy buttons at bottom

Buttons appear by default immediately beneath the text in each column. Enable this to align all buttons in a row with each other instead.
