To view your Physical Event

To view your Physical Event:

  • Click “Physical events” in the left hand navigation bar in your desired event bucket

  • In the “Actions” column on the far right side of the screen, click “View”

The Physical Event overview

Once you have clicked “View” next to the Physical Event of your choice, you will see a blue navigation bar, which contains 3 headings, near the top of the screen.

The navigation headings are; Insights, Tickets, and Exports.

Event Insights

After clicking “View” next to the physical event of your choice, you are taken directly to the Event Insights page.

The Event Insights page will give you a quick overview of the sales activity of a single physical event in your event bucket.

Event Insights include:

  • The name of the event

  • The event’s venue

  • The event date along with the start and end times of the event

  • The number of total number of tickets issued

  • A breakdown of how many passholder tickets, complimentary tickets and standalone tickets issued to the screening

  • The net revenue earned from standalone ticket sales

  • A table which summarizes the sales activity for the event by ticket bucket as well as by ticket bucket variant, which is also downloadable as a .csv

    • Using a checkbox, this table can be further segmented by sales channel (web, box office, and rush line)

NOTE: Pass Sales revenue is not tracked with each individual screening. Pass Sales revenue is tracked in the Pass Sales Analytics report and can be found in the Analytics section of each event bucket.

Tickets

To access the Tickets page, click “Tickets” in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

The Tickets page will show you:

  • A ticket sales graph that shows you the number of tickets sold each day from the time that your event started accepting orders

  • The number of total number of tickets ordered

  • The number of tickets scanned

  • The ticketholders list

The ticketholders list contains the following details for each ticket issued to the physical event:

  • The ticketholder’s name

  • The name of the ticket bucket the ticket was issued from

  • The date and time the ticket was ordered

  • The scan date of the ticket

  • A series of possible actions including transfer, exchange, mark as scanned and delete

NOTE: access to the full list of available actions in the Actions column of the ticketholders list may be limited according to the role assigned to you. For more information on roles, please refer to our article Explanation of Roles and Permissions.

NOTE: once a ticket is marked as scanned in the Eventive Dashboard, currently there is not an action to unmark as scanned within the Eventive Dashboard. If you need to 'unscan' a ticket, you can do so using the check-in feature in the Eventive Box Office App.

Exports

To access the Exports page, click “Exports” in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

The exports page includes a number of reports that can be downloaded relating to this specific physical event.
